Measurements
Begin with twelve numbers.
We will not cut a piece of cloth until we have seen your measurements. There are two ways to give them to us. Both of them take less time than picking the shirt itself.
Twelve numbers
Recommended · about 10 minutes
Self-measure at home
A flexible cloth tape, a mirror, a quiet ten minutes. Each of the twelve measurements has its own screen, with a short film, a line drawing, and a single number to enter.
Alternate · we measure for you
Send us your best-fitting shirt
Mail the shirt that fits you the best — the one you reach for first — and we will measure it on our table, return it to you, and use what we found to cut yours.
How it works
- 01
Choose a path
Self-measure at home with a cloth tape, or send us a shirt you already love. Either way, the measurements live in your account when you are done.
- 02
Twelve measurements, one screen at a time
Height, weight, neck, chest, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, bicep, wrist, length, and shoulder slope. We illustrate each one and save your progress as you go.
- 03
We review them ourselves
Your profile is read by hand, not by a machine. We look for the small things — a sleeve that runs short, a chest that should breathe — and email if we see anything off.
- 04
Then, and only then, do we cut
Approval takes about two business days. The shirt arrives in six weeks. The measurements stay on file for next time.
